Recent Changes

We have a new look!

We have been working hard over the last few months to come up with a fresh new look; and it's finally here!

In addition to our new website and logo, here are some of the changes we will be rolling out over the next few weeks:
  • New wellness oil labels
  • New, more durable outer packaging for wellness oils
  • New carrier oil (More information below)

We know that changing the formula of our wellness oils will bring up a few questions, we'd like to take the time to answer some of them here.

Will this change the effectiveness of the products?


Absolutely not! The effectiveness of our products comes from the essential oils in the blends, not the carrier oil. The carrier oils do have some added benefits and desirable qualities, but are not responsible for any product results.

What does this mean for you?

Our changes aren't going to all be instantaneous, and while we're trying to make the transition as smooth as possible, there will be a few things during the change you might notice.

1. The Sale!

Now this is probably the most exciting part of the change, the sale. This sale won't last long, so it's best to get in on it now. We are trying to get rid of all our old packaging as quickly as we can, but once we run out of old packaging for a product the sale ends on it.

We are offering some of the best sale prices on products that we can, and this deal is not likely to come up again soon. By participating in this sale, you are helping us make the shift to our new packaging. This new packaging was prompted by your feedback on our boxes, so we are rolling out packaging that is stronger and far more durable.

2. Wellness Oils

Despite the new carrier oil and packaging, the product you are receiving will be the same effective product you've been using for years. Cycling out the old Wellness Oil packaging will depend on your orders taking the old stock, which might result in some orders being shipped with both old packaging and new packaging.

We have had roughly the same product packaging for ten years, and it's past time for a more modern look. The new design was made specifically to feel reminiscent of the old design, while cutting back the distracting fluff. The result is a simple, clean look with familiar elements to the Nature's Inventory you know and love.

3. The New Website

The new website will still have all the same products you know and love, however there may be some changes still taking place as we get everything settled. Feel free to send us an email at info@naturesinventory.com if you see problems with a page or have feedback on our new site. It is still certainly a work in progress, but with time and your help it will become a beautiful, user friendly space.

We decided to make the website change because of your feedback, you'll see the mobile site works far better than our previous mobile site, and we are working to give this new website a cleaner, more streamline look and feel.

4. Account Information

With our new website you are given the choice to make an account or place orders as a guest. Unfortunately, the website will not keep all of your account information. If you are subscribed to our newsletter you should have received an email inviting you to have us transfer your account information, simply reply to that message and we will add you to the new website. If you aren't subscribed to receive emails or can't find our invite, you could email us at info@naturesinventory.com or call us at 866-607-2146 to get your account set up. Once we get word from you, we will send you another email inviting you to create a password for your account, because we never have and never will know your password.

If you'd rather, you could create a new account when you place your next order. The choice is yours. We are looking forward to making this move with you, and a fresh start for all of us.

5. Shipping Charges

There has been a few changes made to our shipping prices during this switch, and anyone who has been with us since the beginning knows that our shipping prices are very rarely adjusted at all. You can see that we've raised the order price for free shipping, this was to allow for us to lower our shipping cost on smaller orders.

We can't remember the last time our shipping prices were changed, and with our overall store update it seems fitting to catch them up to the times as well. The economy has changed since our prices were set, and while we still offer the same low prices for our products, we will make some necessary changes to continue to deliver them to you.
