You may have noticed our ship times and response times are significantly lower than normal.
We are a very small business, and by very small I mean that I, Stefanie, am the owner and only employee 3 days a week. 2 days a week I have 1 employee that helps, but this means that the majority of the responsibilities fall on me to complete. You may have noticed that within the last month our response times and ship times have been much below normal for us. Here is why...
I had my first baby! YAY. But I was induced 3 weeks early and it was very unexpected and I was in the hospital for 6 days due to complications.
My baby is now 2 1/2 weeks old and is very very sick. She was hospitalized over the weekend and is staying for a minimum of 21 days.
Being a new parent is a bit of an adjustment, but being a parent of a sick baby in the hospital is a HUGE adjustment.
I want to thank you for you patience, apologize for all the delays, and ask for your continued support as my husband and I adjust to our new "normal" and reassure you that we are working hard to return your calls and emails and ship your orders.
