How do I return an item?
We have a no hassle money back guarantee.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return the unused portion of your item along with your proof of purchase.
Tea returns will receive store credit or an exchange only.
No returns are accepted on the Natural Skin Care line or the ZUM product line.
No returns are accepted on jewelry unless due to damage. Jewelry orders must me inspected immediately upon arrival. If damage is found you must call us within 3 days of receiving your package.
Items must be returned within 6 months of the purchase date.
Items that have been previously purchased and returned cannot be returned a second time.
Items that have been exchanged can not be returned or exchanged a second time.
Items returned within 60 days are eligible for a refund.
Items returned after the 60 days, but before 6 months are eligible for store credit.
