So strongly in fact, that we even refund the cost that of shipping you paid to get the product to you.

We refund your original shipping (from our warehouse to you) charge of $4.80 for Priority Mail***
We do not offer a refund on UPS Ground, 3rd day air, 2nd day air, or overnight shipping charges. We do not pay for return shipping.

EXCEPTION: Returns are not accepted on Samples (they cost 1 cent)
